Josh has served as Sentinel’s Plant Manager since our outset. Josh offers diligent oversight of all production and personnel. With a vast understanding of all things mechanical and a resourceful problem solver, Josh has earned the respect of the Sentinel team. His energy to lead our team comes from his Wife, Amy, and their 3 children.
Tim Sanderson
Director of Operations
Tim is a founding partner at Sentinel Manufacturing and at the core of all new product development. Tim has an extensive history in Polyurea coating applications as well as hands on experience in product formulation. His comprehensive background supports a unique ability to design products to meet our client’s needs. His love of the industry is second only to his commitment to his wife Kara and their family of 4 children.
Re’Sheena Higby
Office Manager
Re’Sheena is a founding partner at Sentinel Manufacturing. She directs the training and oversight of the management staff. Sheena provides inter-office policies to ensure good communication and increased productivity among our team. Her goal is to provide the team with the tools to excel in their roles and provide our customers with the highest level of service. Her husband of 20 years, Jim, and their two teenagers are her greatest source of joy.
